In a few short sentences, what does your non-profit do?

Our organization engages in an initial and permanent integral education for the development of a harmonious life and gives opportunities to each individual to manifest the latent potential in oneself for their accomplishment as an efficient and healthy citizen. It encourages people’s involvement and organizes action programs in all fields of life: social, economic, cultural, health and hygiene that can help for the well-being of their life. It undertakes in programs pertaining to the development of yoga exercises, sport, physical education, dance, music, theater and promotes programs involving collaboration between India and the rest of the world.
What need do you fulfill and why is your organization unique?

We provide quality education to children who never had the possibility to go to school. We have made these children happy. They are eager to come to school— unless they are sick, we have hardly any absentees. They are now successful students.
What do you think was the happiest moment for your organization?

When we obtained the official regional recognition for the school, and when we received the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) permission for the Organization from the Indian Government.
What was/is the largest obstacle your organization faced/faces?

Our main obstacles are obtaining funds and the delay in getting rapid answers to our needs from authorities.
What are the future plans for your organization?

We aim to take the enrolled children up to 10+2, and we hope to help them to continue their studies and provide them the facilities to find a job. We encourage and advise them to stay, develop and modernize their villages.
How can our readers help you further your mission?

Readers can help us either by donating funds to our cause or by sponsoring a project with know-how and material for their school or their villages. This can include installing solar panels or building community halls and toilets in the villages.
Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?

We should develop villages in India so that their inhabitants do not leave them to go to cities and lead a miserable life. For this, we must expand opportunities for finding jobs in or around the villages. Apart from agricultural activities we should encourage people to develop industries and build factories.
